GOOD JOB: SQUARESPACE SUMMER PARTY

clockwiseSquarespaceSummerPartyBridge.png

This weekend Clockwise traveled up to Brooklyn's Prospect Park where we performed live printing for those attending Squarespace's Summer Party. Tees, totes, and posters were offered to all guests who were willing to wait the three minutes it took to load, print, and cure these items (our fastest turnaround time yet). The Squarespace crew is about as cool as they come, and it was a true honor to have our mobile rig in their presence.

Speaking from experience, if you or your business is in need of a website, check out Squarespace. Additionally, if you are interested in live printing at your event, give us a shout.

GOOD JOB: HAVE FUN DO GOOD

Apparel with a cause - this month we had the opportunity to sponsor one of our favorite organizations, Have Fun Do Good. We sent shirts, hats, and our very own Ben along on a weekend warrior volunteer trip to New York City. The HFDG crew ventured to the Bronx where they met up with Publicolor to paint the interior of a local high school alongside the very students who walk the halls each day. HFDG reported that working with these students was inspiring, and were amazed at the plethora of activities that the students participate in. Sponsoring Have Fun Do Good has been a great way to for us to give back. If you would like to assist their efforts, you can find out more on their site. In the meantime, re-live our collaborative adventure through these shots:

GOOD JOB: EL BURRO

Any excuse to pop into El Burro in Pittsburgh's North Side is a good excuse, so we stopped by to check out their recently printed shirts. During our visit, we put down a couple of California burritos (with fries inside) while seated on some hand-painted stools, one of which was transposed by Clockwise for their latest batch of tees. We make the gear, they make the grub, and that is the key to sustaining a healthy business relationship, ladies and gentlemen.

GOOD JOB: STRIP DISTRICT MEATS

When one of the area's premier butcher shops needed some gear, they had Clockwise make it. Strip District Meats received shirts, hats, and aprons worthy of sharing a kitchen with their first-class meats. Next time you're down in the strip, go treat yourself to a nice cut (we hear they have rattlesnake in the back).

GOOD JOB: LETTERING CLASS WITH DANIEL GURWIN

Last night we sponsored an Intro to Lettering course taught by glyph-master Daniel Gurwin. Put on by The Indigo Project and hosted at Stack, the class helped over 30 designers and artists become one step closer to letterform wizardry. Clockwise provided each student with a tri-blend t-shirt sporting an original Gurwin print in our signature waterbased ink. A custom size label was printed in the shirts as well to commemorate the event.
