Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Clockwise as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Clockwise and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Clockwise to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Clockwise Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside Clockwise's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Clockwise is released from Clockwise's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain Clockwise's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. By placing an order at Clockwise, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old you must have your parents' permission to buy from Clockwise.

All transfers conducted through Clockwise are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Pricing

Clockwise reserves the right to adjust it's pricing. Prices listed are subject to change without prior notification. Orders will be charged at prices in effect on the order day.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

Cookies

Clockwise uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, can not contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive. There are two types of cookies: "Session Cookies" and cookies that are saved permanently on your computer.

During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. The second type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. This type of cookie is used to track how visitors move around on the website. This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On Clockwise we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number, without any connection to personal information.

Marketing Materials

Clockwise may include photographic or video content showing any or all of the products created within the Clockwise facility in our marketing materials. Please let us know at the time of placing your order if you would not like photographs or videos of your products to be included in our marketing materials.

When ordering with Clockwise, you are granting Clockwise express permission to email you. You may opt out from receiving these emails at any time by unsubscribing.

Additional Information

Clockwise reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Clockwise has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Clockwise shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Shipping Policy

As part of your order, Clockwise will include free shipping to any single destination in the United States.

When shipping outside the United States, the Clockwise shipping team will work with you to find the most cost-efficient shipping method that still meets your needs. However, you will ultimately be responsible for the cost of shipping your order. Clockwise will provide you with an estimated shipping cost prior to beginning your order; if that shipping cost falls outside your budget, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order without penalty at that time.

Clockwise will make a reasonable effort to validate your shipping address prior to shipping your order. However, the responsibility of furnishing the correct shipping address ultimately rests with you. If the address provided is undeliverable and your order is returned to Clockwise, our support staff will contact you to determine another shipping destination. However, you will incur the cost of any charges associated with the cost of shipping your order a second time.

Return & Refund Policy

If you have placed an order, but have not yet approved your order, you may cancel your order and request a refund by emailing print@clockwise.io. Your refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of materials, including blanks and inks, that Clockwise may acquire specifically to fulfill your order.

If you have received your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt, but only if the end product differs materially from what you approved, or is otherwise flawed. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
